These terms and conditions are subject to change by Simply Music LLC (hereinafter "Simply Music") at any time and at our discretion without notice by updating this posting. These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. By accessing this website, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this Site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Simply Music expressly grants permission for you to print out a working copy of relevant student materials that you are given access to as a part of being a student of the Simply Music Program. Except as expressly permitted by Simply Music, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content.

    As noted above, reproduction, copying, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements on this Site is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Simply Music.   2. USE LICENSE

    Permission is granted to access one copy of the Materials (information or software) on this Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license from Simply Music, not a transfer of title, and under this license you shall NOT:

  3. PRODUCT PRICING

    The total price of program that you can purchase from Simply Music depends on which option is selected during the purchase process. For some products, there may be an automatic recurring monthly withdrawal for each product selected, as will be clearly stated from the purchase page.

  4. REFUND POLICY

    If you are not satisfied with any of our programs for any reason, we can close your account. Please email us at: support@simplymusic.com if you wish your account to be closed. Please note, we do not provide refunds on the digital materials that you have previously acquired.

  5. TEACHER & STUDENT SITES / CONDUCT
    1. Upon setting up an account with Simply Music, you will be establish a username and password to access the course materials and tools. You agree not to share your login information with other people who did not purchase the corresponding program. You will not sell access to this program or duplicate and sell any of it’s content without written permission.
    2. The site is designed for educational purposes only. It is not intended as specific legal, commercial, financial, medical, parenting, tax or other professional advice. Use of the information on this website are at your own risk.
    3. Use of our content, unless otherwise stated, is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute content, print multiple copies, or use the content for public display or performance unless otherwise stated.
    4. Simply Music reserves the right to discontinue or modify without notice or liability, any portion of the respective site.
